The Team
Horace West
Board Member
Horace West is a graduate of Haines City High School and attended Bethune-Cookman University earning a BS in Business Administration. After graduation Horace spent 3 years in the banking industry then moving to State Farm Insurance Companies spending 32 years. Mostly as an Underwriting Manager and a few years in Marketing. Horace was elected to the Haines City, City Commission Board in 2001. Spending 22 years on the Commission Board and serving as the Mayor of Haines City 3 terms. Horace is heavily involved in his community specifically in youth sports. He brings a wealth of experience to Impact serving as a Board Member.
Pamala Libson
Board Member
Graduate of Warner Southern College with a Major in Business and a minor in Elementary Education. Pamela worked 16 years as the Customer Service Manager at a Seafood company and currently has 12 years and count as an account payable analyst for a Beverage and Food Corporation. Pamela has 20 years of youth sports experience as an administration volunteer.
Rickey Talley
Board Member
Rickey Talley is a career logistician and serves on the board of directors for Impact Helmets USA, LLC. Rick holds a bachelor’s degree in Transportation and Logistics Management. In addition, Rick served a total of twenty-nine years in the United States Army, twenty-five of those as a logistics manager. He’s a decorated Army Veteran with four combat tours to various regions in the Middle East. After his time in the Army, Rick managed logistical operations for several major contractors within the private sector. Rick’s primary goal is ensuring customer satisfaction through implementation of best practices from across the logistics industry.
Tracy Faison
Board Member
I was the President of the Lake Gibson High School Booster Club. I was instrumental in the development of Cheerleading programs of several organizations, including the Chargers Football Youth & Cheerleading in Lakeland (now the Lakeland Storm Football Youth & Cheerleading) and served as the Executive Vice President/Cheerleading Coordinator for Mid-Florida Football Youth & Cheerleading Conference for 20 years. I am on the governing Board for United Football and Cheerleading. I am the President of National Youth Cheerleading Company (NYCC) which I developed an online Certification Program for Youth Cheerleading Coaches who need to be certified around the world; also I developed NYCC Regional Cheerleading Competition inviting cheerleaders from all over the world as well as in Florida.
Robert W. Bland
Board Member
I was born in Bailey, North Carolina. In the mid 90’s, I had the honor of joining the New York City Police Department. During my 25 year career, I utilized my communication skills to assist the public.
